Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant to Support Our Growing Spiritual Business

Are you highly organized, proactive, and inspired by sacred work that uplifts others?

We're seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (5–8 hours/week to start, with potential to grow) to support the behind-the-scenes operations of my small but expanding spiritual business. This is a dynamic role for someone who is resourceful, quick to learn, takes initiative, and has a genuine interest in supporting transformational work rooted in energetic mastery, crystals, ceremony, and conscious community.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing thoughtful customer service and client support

• Assisting with onboarding/offboarding for programs and services

• Troubleshooting basic tech issues and managing subscriptions

• Managing and updating event and community calendars

• Helping with client agreements and program logistics

• Supporting community engagement and reminders

• Light support with email marketing, graphics, and social media

• Helping to update the website, events, and blog content

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Communicate clearly and follow through reliably

• Are a quick learner and confident problem-solver

• Are familiar with or excited to learn tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Trello, Mighty Networks, Soundcloud, Canva, Google Drive, and social platforms

• Feel aligned with the mission of anchoring more light, supporting spiritual awakening, and helping others step into their soul purpose
