In-Person Retreat
Unearth the Wisdom Within
OCT 21-25, 2026 - BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS, NC
Join Sarah in the Blue Ridge Mountains for an intimate retreat experience designed to help you slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.
A Mystical Autumn Retreat to Nourish Your Soul
Surrounded by the beauty of autumn, we will gather in sacred community for a journey of earth connection, healing, crystal discovery, ceremony, and soul remembrance.
Through time in nature, transformative practices, and spacious moments of reflection, you'll be invited to release what no longer serves, deepen your connection with yourself, and remember what your soul has known all along.
Is this retreat calling you?
This retreat may be calling you if you are...
- Ready to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
- Craving embodiment, not just more information.
- Standing at the threshold of a transition, expansion, or new chapter.
- Seeking clarity, direction, or confirmation for what is unfolding in your life.
- Feeling called to reconnect with your intuition, purpose, and unique gifts.
- Longing for meaningful connection with nature, spirit, and like-hearted women.
- Ready to remember deeper truths and bring more of your light into the world.
Whether you are navigating a transition, seeking clarity, longing for deeper connection, or simply feeling called to spend time in sacred space, this retreat offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
Where Transformation Begins
There is a difference between knowing and remembering.
Information can inspire us. It can give us language, perspective, and insight. But true transformation happens when wisdom becomes embodied... when what we know moves from the mind into lived experience.
For generations, pilgrimage, ceremony, and rites of passage created opportunities for people to step away from the familiar, listen more deeply, and reconnect with what mattered most. This retreat is an invitation into that same spirit of remembrance.
Together, we'll spend time in nature, connect with the wisdom of the Earth, gather in ceremony, explore the medicine of crystals, and create space for healing, reflection, and renewal.
Through each experience, you'll be invited to listen more deeply, to the Earth, to your body, and to your soul, and reconnect with the truth that has been waiting within you all along.
UNEARTH THE WISDOM WITHIN
Pathways of Remembering
The wisdom we seek is rarely found outside ourselves. It is remembered through our relationship with the Earth, the body, and the soul. Throughout this retreat, these three pathways will serve as guides on the journey home to yourself.
Listening to the Earth
The mountains, rivers, forests, waterfalls, and stones become our teachers. Through nature immersion, crystal discovery, and time spent in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, you'll be invited into a deeper relationship with the wisdom of the natural world.
Listening to the Body
Healing begins when we slow down enough to listen. Through breathwork, rest, reflection, and restorative practices, you'll reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and create space for renewal.
Listening to the Soul
Through ceremony, journeying, and sacred community, you'll be supported in hearing the deeper truth that lives beneath the noise of everyday life, and remembering who you truly are.
A Thoughtfully Curated Experience
Unlike larger retreats, this experience is intentionally intimate.
With only eight participant spots available, you'll have the opportunity to receive personalized support while enjoying the depth of a small-group container.
This creates space for meaningful connection, deeper conversations, and a retreat experience that feels both nurturing and transformational.
Over five days together, we'll journey through experiences designed to support healing, restoration, connection, and remembrance.
Together we will:
- Wander mountain trails and waterfalls, allowing nature to become a teacher and guide.
- Unearth treasures from the Earth through a hands-on gem mining experience and explore the wisdom and symbolism hidden within the stones we discover.
- Gather in ceremonial cacao, breathwork, guided journeying, and sacred circle to deepen our connection with ourselves and one another.
- Explore crystals as allies for healing, insight, and transformation through crystal-focused teachings and experiences.
- Create space for restoration through healing practices, reflection, and unhurried moments of integration.
- Gather around the fire, share stories, sing medicine songs, celebrate insights, and honor the wisdom that emerges along the journey.
There will be moments of adventure, moments of stillness, moments of laughter, and moments of profound remembering.
Most importantly, there will be space to listen, space to receive, and space to reconnect with yourself.
Your Mountain Sanctuary
Nestled on eight private acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains, our retreat home offers a peaceful sanctuary for restoration, reflection, and connection.
The heart of the property is a breathtaking 75-foot private waterfall, accompanied by hiking trails, gathering spaces, and quiet places to sit, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world. Throughout our time together, the land itself will become part of the experience, offering opportunities for contemplation, ceremony, healing, and deep connection with nature.
Our retreat accommodations are thoughtfully spread across three private mountain homes, creating a beautiful balance of community and personal space. Whether gathered around the fire pit, sharing meals together, relaxing on the waterfall overlook, or exploring the trails that wind through the property, you'll have space to both connect and retreat as needed.
For five days, this mountain sanctuary will become our home, a place to slow down, listen deeply, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the season.

Meet Your Facilitator
Sarah Balmer, aka Sarah Belle - Modern Medicine Woman
Sarah Belle is a spiritual mentor, ceremonialist, and guide devoted to helping others reconnect with the wisdom of their soul and embody it more fully in their lives. Her work weaves together earth-based spirituality, shamanic healing, crystal wisdom, ceremony, and deep inner transformation to create experiences that are both grounded and profoundly meaningful.
For years, Sarah has guided individuals through journeys of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual remembrance. At the heart of her work is the belief that transformation doesn't come from gathering more information; it comes from creating the conditions where we can listen deeply, remember what is true, and courageously bring that truth into the world.
Through sacred experiences, nature immersion, ceremony, and community, Sarah creates spaces where the soul can be heard, wisdom can be embodied, and the unique song each person carries can find expression.

We will be holding a plant medicine journey working with the sacred medicine of cacao. This plant has been used for thousands of years by indigenous peoples for its heart opening effects for spiritual healing and remembering. She is gentle but powerful. Cacao is considered a superfood with powerful antioxidants and contains the perfect ratio of calcium and magnesium for absorption by the body. If you eat chocolate and drink coffee or caffeine, you should have not have any issue. Cacao is a vasodilator so it will increase blood flow and act as a stimulant with energizing effects but without the crash of caffeine. As always, please check with your physician if you have any concerns or are taking prescription medications.
