Step into the sacred energy of the Autumn Equinox with a powerful Shamanic Cacao & Crystals Ceremony. Join me on Sept 17, 2025 at 6:30pm EST for an in-person ritual experience that will open your heart, inspire your spirit and promote wellbeing.
We'll work with the energies of the Autumn Equinox, Mama Cacao and crystals on a shamanic journey into the heart to contemplate the spiritual journey, reclaim our wholeness and remember our truth. You'll experience a soul-nourishing journey of renewal, balance, and expansion as we clear stagnant energy, and align with the vibrant, fertile energies of the season.
Through guided ritual, shamanic practices, and deep energetic activation, you’ll plant the seeds for personal growth and transformation in the season ahead.
No prior experience is needed. Just come with an open heart.

Heart of the Earth Retreat
Join me for a transformational in-person immersion in drum medicine, shamanic journeying, and Earth rituals to awaken your rhythm, connect with spirit, and remember who you are.
We'll gather in sisterhood at Barn Abbey, a private retreat center nestled in a quiet wooded area, near the Wabash River in New Harmony, Indiana.
You’ll be guided to craft your own sacred medicine drum, learn the ancient art of shamanic journeying, and deepen your connection with the natural world. Through ceremony, rhythm, and Earth-based practices, you’ll awaken your relationship with spirit allies and embody a more grounded, soul-led way of being.
