In-Person Cacao & Crystals Ceremony

Join me on Dec 9, 2025 at 6:30pm EST for an in-person ceremony to nourish your heart and inspire your spirit.

As we step out of ordinary reality and into the sacred, we gather with the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao and the crystalline frequencies of our stone allies. Together, we open the inner temple of the heart making space to see what is ready to be seen, feel what calls to be felt, and receive the insights that wish to guide our path forward.

This guided evening invites you into a deeply nourishing journey where spirit, body, and intuition come into harmony. Within this living field of energy, you’ll be supported to listen deeply, soften within, and awaken to what is seeking expression through you.

Through guided meditation, shamanic drum journeying, and intentional communion with cacao, you’ll be supported to:

• Open the heart and soften the nervous system to receive clarity and guidance

• Explore what is ready to transform or be released

• Listen for the wisdom and direction of your higher self

• Receive insight for the path and season ahead

• Anchor your experience with a crystal ally selected for support, clarity, and integration

You will also receive a shamanic energy clearing, supported by tobacco blessings and the sacred mesa, to release stagnation, refresh your field, and align your body and spirit.

The ceremony closes with integration time, sharing in circle, and a crystal blessing to carry the transmission home.

No prior experience is needed. Just come with an open heart. You may want to bring a journal to capture insights that arrive.

This event will take place at Sacred Rose Medicinals in New Albany, IN on Dec 9 at 6:30pm EST. It is best to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in the space. The event will last approximately 90 minutes.

About this Lineage:

Sarah is a Certified Shamanic Cacao Ceremonialist and Mesa Carrier who has completed apprenticeship level I & II with Maestra Jemmita of Anchoring the Light along with a year long medicine woman apprenticeship with Maestra Jemmita and Maestro Puma, working in the Lineage of the Seven Rays of Peru.

While cacao has been enjoyed and celebrated ceremonially for thousands of years, it is important to take precautions based on your individual health journey. Cacao contains theobromine which increases the heart rate and is a vasodilator. It may not be appropriate for those with serious heart conditions or high blood pressure. Those taking antidepressants such as MAOI's or SSRI's may experience migraines hours after. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it may be best to lower your dose until you know how it interacts with your system. If you have any concerns, it is advisable to consult with your doctor before consumption.
