Sarah is a Certified Shamanic Cacao Ceremonialist who has completed apprenticeship level I & II with Maestra Jemmita of Anchoring the Light, and medicine woman apprenticeship with Maestra Jemmita and Maestro Puma, working in the Lineage of the Seven Rays of Peru. Cacao contains theobromine which increases the heart rate and is a vasodilator. It may not be appropriate for those with serious heart conditions or high blood pressure.
